We perform most of our work in our computer shop but that doesn't means we won't drive out to your home or office and do the work physically there while you watch however in rare instances when all options are out we might remove the computer with your permission and take it to our shop in order to perform the repairs needed.

Computers are our business and we don't just charge you and forget about you the next day, we value every client and respect their business as much as anyone else's. We perform follow up calls to ensure your satisfaction with our service is complete and we definitely don't mind if you have some questions for us post your repairs or services.
